Average pay increases given in 2002

Hello! Does anyone have any good resources (free of course!), like a particular internet site to refer me to that would give me some references or documentation regarding what the average size of pay increases given by companies has been this last year? We are in beginning stages of budgeting for 2003 and reviewing our comp program. Thanks for your help!

If you are a member of SHRM they are currently taking a poll on that topic, and you can submit your response and see the total of the poll by doing so. If you can't access that info, email me and I will forward it to you.

Thank you for pointing me in that direction. Actually, I am a member of SHRM and I was on their website yesterday and saw the poll. What timing! Also, in the latest edition of HR News there is a great article about average pay increases as well. Of course, I received that edition yesterday as well!
