Worksharing in MA

Has someone in MA participated in the DET program called Worksharing? I am hoping to share experiences and avoid pitfalls.
For those of you who are not in MA, Worksharing is a program where employee hours are cut from 10-60%. The company pays for hours worked and the DET pays unemployment compensation for the remainder of their regular hours. Caveats include:
[ul]Employees must be grouped by function, title, dept, or other logical work-related grouping
Entire group must be treated the same
Flexibility allowed for temporary surges in production needs[/ul]
If you are interested, check out the program on www.detma.org/worksharing/default.htm.
