Benefits Survey

We are thinking of surveying our employees in regard to their level of satisfaction with current benefits and what additional benefits they would be interested. Does anyone in Forum Land have such a survey. If so, I'd appreciate it if you would either post it or e-mail it to me.

    We had an outside source survey our employees. It covered the usual topics , i.e. communication, responsibilities, accountability, training, etc. Our emplyees were encouraged to respond and were advised their comments would be confidential. We had a tremendous rresponse.

    The one and only caution I have for you is that you and your executives MUST be committed to act on the results. Don't waste your time if you are just being nosey.
