Currently our organization utilizes a PTO policy for time off. The PTO includes (Vacation/Sick/Holidays). The PTO schedule is as follows:
Years of Service----------Days
1yr to 2yr................23 PTO Days
3yr to 5yr...............25 PTO DAYS
6yr to 10yr............30 PTO DAYS
11yr to 15yr..........35 PTO DAYS
Over 15yr..............40 PTO Days
My question to anyone who would be willing to reply is this: How does your organization compare........do you offer more or less PTO?
Fianl question: Does anyone have a policy that offers a Purcahsed PTO policy in addition to their PTO policy? Thanks~

Full time employees accrue a portion with each payroll. We allow them to carry over unused PTO from one year to another; that is why we do have a maxiumum balance. Employees also have to be here 90 days before they can begin to use their PTO.
We do not have PTO for part-time employees.
Hope that helps!
