Paid holiday and leave days

We are a small company - under 50 employees. I would like to gather statistics from this forum re your leave policy to see if we are in the ball game or not. We currently offer 6 paid holidays, and 10 paid leave days (combined as personal/sick/vacation) up to 5 years with no change. After 6 yrs. increases to 12 days, and 10 yrs to 16 days. Please share your leave policy if under 50, and thank you in advance!
