Filing 5500 for Health Insurance

What is the number of employees needed before you are required to file the 5500. I recently heard that 100 is no longer the magic number as to when you must file.

Hope you found your answer by now, but in case you haven't, I don't have the correct answer either. I did find the following while muddling through the dol.gov website and thought it my be helpful to you:

Filers should monitor the EFAST Web site for information on approved software vendors for completing the 2005 forms and on the availability of the official, government printed forms.
