COBRA premiums

I remember reading somewhere that we can add a small administrative fee onto the monthly premium for COBRA payments. Can someone tell me either where to find information on this, or what the amount is that I can add on? thank you.

You can charge up to an extra 2% of the premium for the administrative fee.

Ditto to Mushroom unless the person qualifies as disabled and they are in their 11 month extension and during that time you can charge 150% of the monthly premium.
