"Discriminatory" benefits

("Discriminatory" sounds so negative...)
We offer our health insurance, dental insurance, flex spending, and supplemental health benefits (through AFLAC) to full time employees only. We also have a fitness center benefit whereby we subsidize the cost of the fitness center membership. Can we offer the fitness center membership to both FT and PT employees if we are only allowing FT employees to participate in the other benefits?
