Missouri Pre-Existing Condition Laws

I am trying to find out if there is a Missouri law regulating pre-existing conditions requirements. If a person enrolls in a plan during open enrollment, is s/he still subject to a plan's pre-existing condition limitations. Hope to hear from our Missouri editors. Thanks.
