Additional Perks for Managers

Our President is under tight budget constraints and wants to find some ways to reward our management team next year that is hidden in the budget and not so obvious as increases in wages. That would draw too much attention from our foreign parent company. I've been asked to seek out perks that have been received well elsewhere. We are a manufacturer of auotmotive parts, supplying the Big 3 in Michigan. We pay well and have great benefits. Any suggestions our there? Thanks.
