I have an employee that is currently on COBRA for her medical and dental coverage. She will retire March 1, 2002. Her medical COBRA will be terminated at that time. Since we, as a company, administer COBRA dental for our employees, can she continue her dental COBRA coverage after her date of retirement since Medicare and COBRA are both federal plans?
