Health Insurance coverage for Military reservists

We have a self insured health plan in our organization. The question has come up if we are required to provide continuation of coverage for military reservists?
Can any one help me one this issue.

I think the short answer is YES----if the employee's military obligation extends beyond 30 days the employer cannot deny COBRA access.
