Overtime for Exempt Employees

We have three exempt employees who, because of their project requirements, work about 60 to 70 hours per week. We currently allow our exempt employees to choose between participating in the year-end incentive compensation program or receive straight pay for all hours worked. However, the latter has become very expensive with these 3 employees. Does anyone have other ways that they address this problem? We want to give these employees something for their hard work and to keep them wanting to work with us, but at the same time we don't want to go broke doing it!
