Part time FMLA

We have a salary employee that was on a few weeks of FMLA for issues from a previous foot fracture. Now she is working 4 hours a day. My question:

If FMLA is for 12 weeks, do I count the 4 hours a day until it adds up to 12 weeks total? And since she is salary, she can't be paid for a partial day, so does this mean we have to pay her a full salary for part time work?
