Listing Workers' Comp. Doctors on Posters

Could some of you smart people please help me out? I just purchased compliance posters for our breakrooms. (min. wage, etc.) There's a place for me to list our companies' workers' comp. doctors and address.

Are there any laws or guidelines I need to know about? The company who does our pre-employment drug screens has offered to handle our workers' comp. visits? Can I list just one place of service for our empoyees?

    Check your state laws. Most states require that you have a panel of no less than 3 facilities/physicians for your EE to choose from. As far as the public posting, I have not seen anything to make that mandatory, but you should have a printed sheet with your panel listed and have your EE check one and sign it.
