I have an ee who fell yesterday. Nothing's broken but she has a small scratch on her knee. She filled out her accident report, but I have not reported it to WC...yet. Well she calls in today because she's sore from the fall. Should I make her an appt. with the doctor and call her at home and let her know or what? What do I do?

Call her, check and see how bad she feels, offer to send her to the doctor, document conversation. If she misses again then you may have to make some decisions.

Our procedure would also require that it be turned into WC and she be cleared by a Dr. to RTW
