How long do you keep paper work for worker's comp claims? Is there a law that specifies how long you have to keep it?

Hi - there is - check with your worker comp. carrier or the state.

That's right. Each state has a specific law. There is no Federal Comp law. Call your Workers' Comp Commission listed in the 'blue' pages under state govt. There are OSHA regulations on record retention regarding exposures to hazmat, hearing deficiencies, etc. also.
