OSHA 200 vs 300

You know, I never thought about it 'til reading the last post about the 300.

I maintain the 200 AND the 300. I received lots of info about the 300 when it was a new requirement and never saw anything on the 200, so I continued to maintain it too.

Is the 200 still required in addition to the 300?

It was my understanding the 300 replaced the 200 and I only keep the 300.

The 300 replaced the 200. You don't need to do both...

The 300 replaces the 200, but you need to have logs for 5 years. You are not required to maintain the 200 Logs in terms of updating the information. But you need to hold on to the last 200 Log from 2001 until 2006.
