I'd be interested in a discussion of Okla. Work Comp issues if you get any feedback. We don't have a written light-duty policy per se, but we do provide light duty in order to keep people from sitting on the couch at home listening to the lawyers on TV. Sometimes it's hard to come up with enough light duty assignments though.
