Benefits to Injured Employee

What obligation does an employer have to continue to provide health insurance to an employee who is on a leave of absence due to a work-related injury? Can we treat this employee the same as we would other employees on leaves for other reasons and stop coverage?

They need to continue to pay their portion of the premium.........if you have declared it FMLA then that may change.
