reduced hours FMLA

This employee has been salaried and due to her cancer treatments we've reduced her to 75% (for example), I've been tracking the remaining 25% that she is not working for FMLA, (for example, was working a 8 hr day and is now working 6 hours), but I'm also trying to locate addl info that may address this situation. Can anyone share their experiences or direct me to good info?
