FMLA for salaried folks

I am in the process of writing a FMLA policy for our salaried employees. We have a separate policy for our bargaining unit employees (Union Shop). Complete and in place.

Would anyone be willing to share examples of the sections of their policies that deal specifically with salaried folks, i.e. partial days, etc. ...

or just your comments on wording that you have found to be the most relevent to this group.
