FMLA and Workers Compensation

Have an issue with an employee in the State of South Carolina who thinks
employer can not designate FML to run concurrent with Workers's Comp.
What I've read over the years sure indicates we the employer can. Is there
something special about the state of South Carolina that exempts this under
State FMLA or State Worker's Comp Law?????Need an answer really quick if anyone can help!!!!!
