FMLA Tracking
I'm an HR manager in a school district with approximately 12,500 employees.
I am looking for suggestions on software or creative excel spreadsheets that will help in tracking FMLA. We use the rolling year. We have a huge number of people out each school year. Our union agreements give more benefit than FMLA so we are in compliance.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
