Entitled to FMLA?
Last year we had an associate off on FMLA leave due to the serious illness of her spouse. She has returned to work, but is now requesting another FMLA for the same reason. It has been more than a year since the start of her prior leave, and she has worked more than 1,250 hours in the previous 12 months. I believe she is entitled, even though it is for the same reason. Am I correct?
