Policy Against Recording Telephone Conversations

Mississippi allows one party to a conversation to tape-record the conversation without advising the other party. Our company would like to prevent employees from recording conversations for personal use.
Does anyone else live in a state with the same or similar laws and have a company policy that prohibits employees from recording inter-agency conversations?
