In the sense that we don't 'create' products, publish original writing, etc., we have no issues. We disseminate the intellectual property of others (after copyright).
Sheer exposure to such intellectual property makes us quite an intelligent, educated bunch.

We have all of our employees sign an information agreement. This agreement covers information, materials, right of data, inventions, conflicts of interest etc.
We're a defense contractor so I don't know if our document would be overkill based on what you need. I'd be happy to forward a sanitized copy and you can revise it to fit your needs if you are still looking for a policy to protect intellectual property.
