Looking for good contract language

For those of you who work with union contracts, I am seeking good contract language that will allow the employer to change the health insurance provider/plan WITHOUT guarantying an "equal or equivalent" level of benefits. If you have such language in your CBA (or proposed such language in the past even if it didn't end up in the CBA), please provide me the language. Thanks.
