Does anyone know what the basic changes are to this form?

Yes. Detailed instructions were sent to everyone with last year's EEO-1 report. The major changes are to the job categories and the race/ethnicity categories.

Irie - We weren't required to do the form last year. We just surpassed 100 ee's this year.

Think this is all
Race and Ethnicity Changes
1. • Adding a new category called “Two or more races”;
2. • Revising the “Asian and Pacific Islanders” category to two separate categories called “Asian” and “Native
3. Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander”;
4. • Renaming the “Black” category to “Black or African American”;
5. • Renaming the “Hispanic” category to “Hispanic or Latino”;
6. • Strongly endorsing employee self-identification of race and ethnicity, as opposed to visual identification by employers
