new titles for workforce engagement staff

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted so for general background information. I work for a large health insurance company with offices in 4 states. I have the title Lead Workforce Engagement Specialist. We have a total of 4 levels of specialists; the first 3 being level I, II, III.
We want to change the titles to be more creative and accurate and giving the idea we are here to help! We don't want to give the impression we are outside consultants.

Let me see if I understand. You have so many EEs getting engaged that it needs 4 levels of staff to make it work? I guess you could have some folks working on wedding sites, and some about pre-marital counseling, and some about family planning. Am I close? x;-)
Seriously, though - I would look at the three or four most important functions of the job description and try to pull out descriptive titles from there.
I must admit I've resorted to this website many times to find a suitable job title:
