Plant shutdown - Pay salaried Exempt?

Hello! If we shut our plant down due to lack of work (for 2-3 days) do we need to pay our salaried exempt employees? Three plants in question are Kentucky, CA and Ohio.

You can require PTO, but if they don't have it you can't dock their pay. That is the FLSA. State law may differ.
