Keep in mind your goal is to minimize workplace disruption, not to be a barrier to justice.
We have several companies in our building and it amazes me how fearlessly the receptionists might sign for something and leave the paperwork laying around. Confidentiality is totally shot, not mention the fact that the people that need the legal docs may or may not end up with them...
