I'm wondering what amount most companies offer for tuition reimbursement per year. Ours is currently $500 per year for FT staff. We don't have very many staff utilize this benefit although a few have. Our policy is fine, just wondering if we should increase the amount since college costs (especially for a master's degree) are so high. -- Thanks for any input.

We have a max of $750 per semester.

We don't limit reimbursement by $$ amount. Rather, undergraduates are limited to 2 classes per quarter/semester or one graduate class per quarter/semester for reimbursement.

We pay 75% of the costs of tuition and books. We cap it at an amount equivalent to the tuition charged at our State university located about ten miles from our offices.

We pay 80% of tuition costs up to $5000 per year for undergraduate degrees and up to $7500 per year for graduate degrees. However, the degree must be directly related to their current position or a future foreseeable role within the company. We do require a minimum grade of "B" for a course to be reimbursed.
