Arbitration Agreement-Implementation

I'm considering implementing an Arbitration agreement for all employees (current and new hires)all levels. I understand that in order for it to be enforceable for current employees, it is recommended that we give them some type of "pay consideration" in exchange.
I'd like to get information on what other companies have provided their employees with in "consideration" for accepting the arbitration agreement.
Any other recomendation or comments regarding implementation do's and don'ts as well as general information on how arbitration has worked for you is welcome.
P.S we're a California based company with offices in other states as well.
Thank you.

In a former life (6-7 yrs ago) we developed a $250.00 payment for this employee agreement and it was deemed to be legally sufficient for what we were insisting upon. We ultimately backed off the concept when we chose to purchased ELI insur coverage for less than the $650K it would've cost us to proceed with the "consideration"..... I personally like the concept; however; like so many 3rd party settlements you must be willing to accept a few weird rulings to justify the walk down the arbitration path.
