Affirmative Action software packages

I would like some recommedations, suggestions on some of the AA software programs that are whirling around out there. What works, what doesn't work. Although I have experience at this, it has been about 10 years since I've put together an AA plan. Any advice or suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

You have way more experience at this than me, but I can tell you that with only 80 employees, I use Excel spreadsheets and I have all my policies and etc. in Word. I say this more for others who may come across this post in a future search than I do for you. :>)
