Comp/Benefits Certification

I've recently achieved the SPHR and now I'm all gung ho to move out on more certifications. Any advice/feedback on the most credible compensation/benefits certification?

The two I've heard of are the CCP -- Certified Compensation Professional and the CEBS -- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist. I believe these are well-respected designations. I've known people who've pursued the CCP and it sounds very arduous.

There is one for payroll, safety, etc. Depends upon what area of HR you want to head off in. Talk with SHRM and they will know all this.
