CPS and CAP Certification

I am curious how many companies here encourage staff, pay membership dues, etc. to the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). In searching the web, I found one college who has a policy of a 8% raise for Staff who become certified.

Someone has requested us to pay membership, and about all I know about the IAAP is what their website says.
