Smells like a flower shop

What about employees that wear so much perfume, the other employees are complaining. Is there a no fragrance policy or statement? We have a monthly newsletter and we were thinking of saying no perfume. Any hints or ideas would be appreciated.

    I'm not a fan of a widespread policy for this stuff, unless it becomes a widespread issue. The offender doesn't always know that they are offending, so they won't see themselves in the newsletter.

    Whether the smell originates from the body or a bottle, a kind one-on-one talk is an appropriate way to handle it.
