I have a new hire that has just informed me she is pregnant. She has called in 3 times with morning sickness. She has been here 1 month and is still in her probasionary period. How do I handle this matter without getting my company sued?

I think the issue is to avoid treating her differently than you would anyone else with a short term disability.
What would you do with an ee who breaks her arm during the first month of employment? If your policy would allow for an alternative work schedule, modified duties, etc I would say that is the path you take here as well.

I don't believe (but I could be wrong) that it matters if she is in her "probationary" period.
