Reporting Turnover Information

Does anyone have a spreadsheet to report turnover, the average length of service at the time of termination, etc.

    DFOX: You must be getting direct responses for I am surprised at the lack of interest to this post.

    I will e-mail you what I have. I started with a base line of employees on-board as of Dec 31, 2004 and progressivily have been applying turnover information to the spread sheet. We do not count turnover if termination occurred while in a training mode of 90 days. We do count retirements because the experienced has been lost and there is no requirement to RETIRE at all in our company.

    Your concerns seemed to want to develop something along the "time in service" factor. You could add that factor in by grouping the individuals and seeing your turnover factors based on a time in service group and that would cause you to consider the loss of people in higher groups of employees.
