Does anyone know of a good source with sample wording for physical requirements in job descriptions? I've recently had a workers' comp claim where I needed this, coincidentally followed by a consultant coming in and getting supervisors to re-write all the job descriptions with the physical requirements of each job.

I esp. need something along the lines of "allowed" to sit the majority of the day (as opposed to "required" to sit the majority of the day).
