COBRA OnQue

I know I should have gone to Cobra but thought more would see this here. Is anyone using this? I just saw it on the newsletter from Lee Smith so thought you may have at least seen it. Sounds to good to be true. I hate all the notices that have to be sent and this sounds so great. Any thoughts?

We don't use that vendor, but do have use a company for all Cobra notices - reasonable price and saves so much time and so many headaches.

If MLee Smith offers it or promotes it, it must be too good to be true and ultra expensive.

We use Ceridian's CobraServe. It is very inexpensive, extremely user-friendly web interface and you get summary reports each month by email as well as hard copy of your COBRA activity. They even take the payments from participants and lump them beofre forwarding to us.

I reccomend them all the way!

We also used CobraServe until our plan dissolved last year. I had no complaints and it was a reasonable price.

We use it and we're getting ready to outsource it again. It is a good product if you have the administrative resources to stay on top of it. It is very administratively "heavy" and for our business (defense contractor - high turnover), it is too much burden for my staff. For a low turnover company, it would be great.
