Requisition/Selection/Onboarding Flow

I am looking for ideas on how putting together a comprehensive program in-place for staffing from the requisition process all the way through onboarding/orientation. Ideally, if you have a policy or procedure including flowchart as well as suggestions on topics covered during your orientation I would appreciate it.

We currently have something in-place but I am looking for ideas on how to enhance it.

Please dump words like 'onboarding'. If you insist on that, we will inundate you with an assortment of ramped-up, metric-based, out-measured, post mortem, story-board facts that only a sensai can interpret. What is it you want? And, do you also want S.A.V.E. incorporated? x:-)

In laymen terms, show me what you do, say, show, including how you document and measure employees from the time an end-user manager says "I need a body" to the time they hit ninety days or whatever timeframe you use to measure initial "probationary" period.
