Does anyone have a quick link to a simple page that explains the test for exempt employees under FLSA? My meagerie is getting all tangled up...UUUUGGGHHHHH

Actually, I remember when I first discovered these. Took me about three readings and cross referencing with other Fact Sheets before it started to sink in, and I still re-read them occasionally to make sure I'm not slipping.
