Each month, I train supervisors (8 of them) on an HR topic for approx 30 - 45 minutes. I usually give guidelines, and then we go over actual court cases regarding the topic and discuss it. They enjoy it, and I believe it has helped them. I'm running out of fresh ideas, and want to keep the training relevant and interesting. Budget is zero - all preparation is in house (me!). Does anyone have ideas, tips, topics that proved to be particularly useful, etc. to help me come up with good training for supervisors? Any and all comments appreciated!

Just use your monthly State HR newsletter for the latest issues or check out various postings on the forum for current issues that are being disucssed. If all else fails, ask them what they would like to talk about at the next meeting.
