Would like information on regulations for hourly paid employees, traveling.

Welcome to the forum. The main reg you are looking for is the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), the proponent being the DOL (Department of Labor), Wage and Hour Division. Here's their link:

Welcome to the forum. You also need to familiarize yourself with the provisions of the Portal to Portal Act. The regs on travel time begin at 29 CFR 785.33. If you have more specific questions, put them up and no doubt someone can helppoint in the right direction.
