Personality Testing

I am looking to compare personality testing with the wonderlic test. We have the wonderlic test and it has proven zilch! My boss wants information on how effective is personality testing compared to the wonderlic system. Can anyone help? or give your input on any of these tests?

    We use Myers-Briggs for team/manager development. It is as useful as someone wants to make it. There are people that think it is useless and people that it has helped tremendously. The people that think it is useless are the ones that don't take the time to really understand it and practice the techniques. It is MOST important to have someone teach it that can apply it to the workplace. Otherwise it is useless.
