Work Comp in New Mexico

Posted on Work Comp side but posting here also because of the "higher" traffic. We have two employees in New Mexico and have the state added on our work comp policy. I noticed a payroll notification regarding employee/employer portion of work comp "personal assessment fee" rising. Anybody in New Mexico that can shed some light on what this means?
