Long Story Short: We have a Safety Specialist - he is also an Inside Sales Rep - his job duties are going to be expanded to include two days of outside sales. That part of his duties alone is probably 20% of his duties. The remaining 80% will be Inside Sales, cold calls, and working the counter. Does anyone think I need to delve any further into this -he is correctly classified as non-exempt? I don't - but also have tendency to be stubborn with these cases.
