I just received some information to take a class on "7 Steps to investigate allegations of employee misconduct" given by Brightline Compliance. Do any of you have experience with this company and/or any other suggestions on making sure I'm in compliance with training, investigating and compliance?
thanks,
JC

For an overview of conducting an investigation, take a look at "How to Conduct Internal Investigations," a 60-page HR Executive Special Report. You might recognize the author, Al Vreeland, an Alabama attorney who's been pretty active on the Forum lately.
You can read the report online for free since you're a subscriber.
If you haven't done this before, just click on the blue Login button at the top of this page (you'll need your Subscriber Area password). Then scroll down to the yellow box listing all the Special Reports.
Good luck!
